High School Transition – Phoenix

Learn about what is included in the IEP transition planning process which should start by the student’s 16th birthday. Explore how to use the student’s identified strengths, preferences and interests to set transition goals to prepare them for higher education, vocational training or employment and independent living.
Doors open at 4:00 pm for networking and light refreshments compliments of PHX CTE before the presentation at 4:30 pm.
