Transition Institute 2022 – Picture This…

The Transition Institute is for transition-aged youth and young adults with disabilities and their parents. In addition to learning more about RSK and Diverse Ability Incorporated, parents will learn how they can support their youth/young adult during the transition process and youth will learn about person-centered planning.
Members of the organizations below will be available to answer questions.
