Transition Institute 2023 (Phoenix)

The Transition Institute is for transition-aged youth and young adults with disabilities and their parents. In addition to learning more about Raising Special Kids, parents will learn how they can support their youth/young adult during the transition process. Youth will learn about person-centered planning, and advocating for themselves.
